Selam Ethiopia set a very wide community dialogue focusing on rebuilding the Art Sector, in collaboration with the Ministry of Peace.

The topics focused on the current Ethiopian art scene, how to identify the various problems and obstacles of the sector, coming up with suggestions on solutions, and making a way forward. At the stage, musicians, poets, writers, actors as well as motivational speakers, event organizers, producers, composers, film makers, culture professionals and university lecturers showed up and raised different ideas. The three-day dialogue at Bishoftu is believed to build and contribute to nation building and promotion of harmony and peace in the country, as art plays a huge role in the nation.
