Regarding culture, Ethiopia has two policies National culture policy and film policy. But due to the lack of education and knowledge it failed to implement these two policies. So Selam is about to start giving Policy management and policy implementation online training for government officials , Selam partners, culture bureau authorities, cultural institute officials and professional artists.
The online training which will be given by professors from abroad, aims to create awareness and capacity building and will be led by an expert group from Kenya.
